Matteo Costa: People Don’t Just Come in Visually,

I connected with the mentality of doing things well, without anything. Sometimes it’s not about being perfect, but about being present. I took the time to organize my space, adjust the lighting, and feel comfortable in front of the camera, because it shows more than many people realize.Something I have learned is that people not only come for the visuals, they also stay for the energy. Today I tried to talk more, connect more, not just wait for things to happen. Say hello, ask how they are, make the room feel alive. It’s a small detail, but it totally changes the dynamic.I was also thinking about improving my shows. Don’t always do the same thing, but vary a little, play with the attitude, with the timing. Sometimes be more relaxed, other times a little more intense. I think that’s the key, not to become predictable. At the end of the day, this is consistency. Some days are better than others, but the important thing is to stay focused and continue to improve little by little. Tomorrow will be another opportunity to do better.
