Woke up without an alarm, made some coffee, and stretched a little by the window. Then a slow walk – I love catching the morning air and my thoughts. Later I went to the gym, got a little tired, but it’s the good kind of tired. And in the evening – a shower, some self-care, and time for small joys. Just a simple day that makes me happy ?
